Job Description
This position will be supporting and reporting to the Head of Department. He/She will be responsible of managing staff, monitoring/coaching of operations team of the CS Department and also to improve overall efficiency/productivity of campaigns which are part of the CS Department. Help team and HOD to achieve all SLAs with clients, target objectives and performance indicators. Ensure effective communication with Internal and external customers. Provides assistance to Manager Operations/HoD to meet targets for the department and to act as a communication channel between clients, organization and support departments
