Job Role Summary:
∙ To tap local markets for new business of BPO Call centers, from effective/efficient prospecting to lead generation and further convert them into successful sales, and achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly revenue targets.
∙ To develop monthly, quarterly and yearly sales plans and generate performance reports.
∙ To understand prospect/client’s requirement and develop business proposals, sales pitches, and project plans.
∙ To oversee acquired business/projects, from start to finish showcasing excellent project management skills.
∙ To keep the prospect/client/project database updated on regular basis, and develop a mechanism for efficient performance reporting.
∙ Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and project planning/management skills.
∙ Understanding of BPO and Call center related technology is a must.
∙ Proven track record of achieving sales/revenue targets with strong business hunting skills.
