Job Description
- Assists Business Development team in day-to-day activity
- Organizes meetings and coordinates scheduling, Minutes of Meeting, Assigned Activities etc
- Attends and participates in new business meetings
- Helps coordinate logistics for all-staff meetings
- Assists with special projects and as needed
- Work in tandem with Business Development Manager to develop prospect targets and prospect plan by market and service
- Assists prepping research on new business clients, pitches and prospects
- Support in gathering credentials, case studies and other info
- Assists Business Development Manager to compile and distribute status reports, pipeline documents, and newsletters
- Maintains knowledge of current events in business, marketing and advertising
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to interact in a professional manner with clients, vendors and staff
- Ability to multi-task and reprioritize effectively
- Acute attention to detail
- Must be a strong cultural radiator with a positive, mature and professional style
- Strong communication skills and desire to take pride and ownership of their work
- Exceptional organizational skills required along with the ability to independently work
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including PowerPoint and Excel
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills as well as strong
- Interpersonal abilities
- Passion and knowledge of healthcare business, industry trends
