Job Role Summary:
- To lead/manage the creative department and contribute with creative strategy development.
- To generate creative ideas (backed by insights) and oversee its execution through design and copy.
- To define/manage/improve department processes and structure.
- To handle resource planning and department’s contribution in P/L.
- To contribute in creative pitches from start to finish, and ensure its creative success.
- Excellent grip on various design tools, to develop content from concept/ideation to its design execution.
- Proficiency in generating ideas, developing concept, creating storyboards is a must.
- Understanding of social media platforms and the design technicalities of such mediums.
- Understanding/Familiarity of UI/UX and working experience of them is a plus.
