Key Responsibilities and Duties
Collaborating with different department managers to understand their hiring needs.
Responsible for carrying out end-to-end recruitment cycle (Sourcing, Interviewing, Shortlisting, Selecting).
Tracking and identifying prospective resources using various active and passive channels.
Assessing candidates to ensure qualification & linguistics.
Maintaining and updating records of recruitments related documentation.
Assisting with documentation required for a smooth on-boarding process
Minimum BBA or equivalent.
1-2 years experience.
Experience with bulk hiring.
Excellent communication skills.
Energetic and adaptable personality.
