Job Description
- Responsible for supervising the team to work on assigned clients
- Responsible for Account Management and Revenue Cycle of an assigned clients
- Monitor and responsible for Team’s productivity
- Responsible the issue raised by the clients and its resolution
- Provide subject matter expertise on Billing, Payment posting and Accounts Receivable processes
- Manage and handle effectively escalations raised by the clients
- Provide mentorship, training and coaching to the team
- Lead by example by demonstrating the highest standards of ethical behavior
- Monitoring and reporting team performance on daily basis
- Keep the Standard Operating Procedures updated and establish due control mechanisms
- Identify, recommend and implement process improvement projects
- Job Requirements & Experience To be considered for this position, applicants need to meet the following qualification criteria: · Minimum 2 years of experience on revenue cycle management and detailed understanding of healthcare industry
