Sybrid Welcomed Participants of U.S. Embassy-Sponsored Masterclass on E-Commerce and Digital Trade
Sybrid (Private) Limited, a leading technology solutions and business process outsourcing company, welcomed participants of the Pakistan-U.S. Alumni Network (PUAN) Masterclass 2026: “E-Commerce and Digital Trade: Building Pakistan-U.S. Economic Partnerships” as part of a U.S. Embassy-supported initiative focused on strengthening digital trade and export readiness in Pakistan.
Organized by the Pakistan-U.S. Alumni Network (PUAN) in partnership with Tech Valley Pakistan and supported by the U.S. Mission to Pakistan, the Masterclass aims to equip entrepreneurs and future business leaders with the knowledge and tools required to compete in the global digital economy.
As part of Day 3 of the program, more than 30 participants visited Sybrid’s operational facilities to gain firsthand exposure to technology-enabled business operations, customer experience management, and digital commerce support systems. The visit provided practical insights into how technology, processes, and operational excellence work together to support business growth and scalability.
The visit also included interactive discussions around artificial intelligence, research tools, digital transformation, and the role of technology in enabling export-led growth.
The day concluded with a session on digital trade and export strategy led by Ather Imran, Member of the Board of Directors. During the session, participants explored the key building blocks of successful digital businesses, including technology infrastructure, logistics, payments, customer experience, and operational systems.
Speaking on the occasion, Ather Imran, Member of the Board of Directors at Sybrid, stated:
“Digital trade is not driven by technology alone. Sustainable growth comes from building the right systems, processes, and capabilities that enable businesses to compete and scale in international markets. Pakistan has tremendous potential, and preparing entrepreneurs for global opportunities is critical to realizing that potential.”
Sybrid’s participation in this initiative reflects its continued commitment to supporting digital transformation, entrepreneurship, and knowledge-sharing efforts under the banner of #SybridImpact, contributing to Pakistan’s growing role in the global digital economy.
The collaboration also reinforces the importance of Pakistan-U.S. economic partnerships in promoting innovation, skills development, and export-focused growth across the country.
