Having the ISO 20000 certification ensures that Sybrid offers state of the art IT services, exhibits its ability to satisfy its valued clients’ requirements, and creates a framework for independent assessment.
Maintaining the legacy of providing impeccable data security to its clients, Sybrid was awarded the certification after being audited and approved by the TUV Austria Bureau of Inspection & Certification (Pvt.) Ltd. ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018 comprises a total of 10 sections, which follow the high-level structure from the Consolidated ISO/IEC Directives. There are four primary areas of our IT services, namely SYTECH – IT Support Services, SYSOS – Systems Operations Services, SYSOC – Security Operations Center, and SYVOX – Voice Services & Solutions.
